Čoko kokos

Sastojci

-5 jaja
-350 g šećera
-1 žličica gussnel(gustin)
-200 g kokosa
-2 žličice pšenično glatko brašno
-1 puding čokolada
-pola litre mlijeka
-250 g margarina

Priprema

Za biskvit:

Odvojiti bjelanjke od žutanjaka. Umiksati čvrsti snijeg od bjelanjaka, dodati 150 g šećera i 2 žličice brašna i umiksati. Nakon što je snijeg gotov, umutiti rukom, ne mikserom,oko 150 g kokosa. Staviti peći oko 15-20 min na 180 stupnjeva, dok biskvit ne uhvati zlatnu boju.

Krema:

Puding razmutiti s decilitar mlijeka, žumanjcima i gussnelom i ukuhati s ostalih 4 dcl mlijeka. Dodati 200 g šećera. Kad se puding ohladio, umiksati cijeli margarin i preliti preko ohlađenog biskvita. 50 g kokosa koji su ostali ili umutiti u kremu ili posuti po vrhu.

Posluživanje

Rashladiti u frižideru 2-3 sata prije posluživanja.
