Marinirani pileći bataci iz pećnice

Sastojci  

-6-7 pilećih bataka
-1 casa gustog jogurta (200ml)
-1 cehno bijelog luka
-1 kasika paradajz pirea
-1 kasicica pirea od crvene paprike
-100 ml maslinovog ulja
-so,crvena paprika,biber, timijan
-100ml vode

Priprema

U dubljoj posudu sastaviti batake sa jogurtom,paradajz pireom,pireom od paprike,maslinovim uljem,izrendanim bijelim lukom i zacinima. Batake dobro natrljati smjesom i ostaviti u frizider da odstoje 1 sat.

U posudu za pecenje istresti batake i doliti vodu. Staviti aluminijsku foliju i peci pola sata na 200 stepeni. Zatim foliju maknuti i peci jos 15-tak minuta da lijepo porumeni.
