Medene vanilice

Sastojci

-250 gr. margarina ili putera
-pola kesice prasak za pecivo
-1 kom. jaje
-4 zlice meda
-4 zlice secera
-500-600 gr. brasna

Jos:

-po potrebi pekmeza od šljiva
-po potrebi secera u prahu

Priprema

U posudu za mucenje,stavite na kockce iseceni omeksali puter (margarin) i secer.
Mutite mikserom dok masa postane penasta.
Dodajte jaje celo vreme miksajuci,pa kad se sajedini,dodajte med.Miksajte dok se sve lepo poveze.

Na kraju dodajte pecivo te dodavajte po malo brasna.Zamesite testo rukom,dodavajuci brasna po potrebi,dok dobijete kompaknu masu.Gotovo testo,zavite u celofan,te stavite u hladnjak na 30 minuta.

Nakon hladzenja,prebacite testo na nabrasnjeni radni sto.Sa valjkom istaite testo debelo jedan prst.Sa okruglom modlom vadite krugove od testa te redzajte u pleh oblozen pek papirom.Redzajte na rastojanje.Ostatak testa premesite,te vadite krugove dok potrosite svo testo.

Stavite peci vanilice u predhodno zagrejanoj pecnici na 180 stepeni 15 minuta.Pazite trebaju ostat bele na povrsini,tako da odredite sami kolko vremena cete hi peci.Mozda bude manje ili vise,zavisi od pecnice.

Pecene vanilice,ostavite neka se blago prohlade,te hi lepite pekmezom,pa obilato uvaljati u secer u prah.
Vanilice cuvajte u posudu sa poklopcem.Naredni dan su odlicne,ako prezive.
