Crno bijeli roščići

Sastojci

-300 g brasna + 20 g
-50 g gustina
-150 g butera
-50 g secera u prahu
-1 mala kasika cimta
-1 jaje (60 g)
-1 vanilin secer
-1/2 male kasike praska za pecivo
-75 g marcipana
-1 mala kasika kakaoa

Priprema

Sve sastojke osim kakaoa sjediniti i izraditi u glatko tjesto,znaci sve fino umjesiti da nema grudvica.
Tjesto podjeliti na 2 djela,u jedan dio dodati Kakao i jos 20 g brasna,te ga dobro umjesiti.
Zaviti oba tjesta u foliju i ostaviti 30 minuta na hladnom.

Pripremiti kalup za roscice,ili pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje.
Oblikovati roscici, uzimati po malo bjele smjese,malo crni tako da pola roscica bude svjetlo,pola tamnu a mogu se raditi cjeli u jednoJ boji,tako imate pola bjelih pola crnih.

Stavljati ih na pleh i peci u vec zagrijanoj pecnici na 180°C 10-15 minuta.
Pustiti ih na plehu da se ohlade pa ih po zelji ukrasiti cokoladnom glazurom.

Umjesto roscica mozete praviti oblike po zelji.
