Kasandra kolač bez kokosa

Sastojci

1. BISKVIT

-4 bjelanjka
-100 g šećera
-3 žlice brašna
-1/2 praška za pecivo

2. BISKVIT

-4 bjelanjka
-100 g šećera
-100 g naribane čokolade
-2 žlice brašna

3. BISKVIT

-4 bjelanjaka
-100 g šećera
-100 g preprženih mljevenih lješnjaka
-2 žlice brašna

KREMA

-12 žutanjaka
-1 l mlijeka
-300 g šećera
-3 vanilin pudinga
-250 g margarina
-100 g otopljene čokolade
-100 g preprženih mljevenih lješnjaka

Priprema

Biskvite peći na masnom papiru na limu veličine 25×35 na temperaturi od 190 C oko 10 minuta sve dok se rubovi malo ne zarumene.

Kremu kuhati kao puding. U ohlađeno dodati izrađeni margarin i podijeliti na tri dijela( ostaviti malo više žute kreme ). U prvi dio kreme dodati 100 g mljevenih lješnjaka. U drugi dio kreme dodati 100 g otopljene čokolade. Treći dio kreme ostaje žut.

Redoslijed slaganja:

Bijeli biskvit-krema sa lješnjacima-čokoladni biskvit-čokoladna krema-biskvit sa lješnjacima-žuta krema. Gore se pospu mljeveni lješnjaci.
