Sastojci

Biskvit:

-150 gr. margarina
-200 gr. secera
-4 kom. zumancat
-200 gr. brasno
-3 zlice kakao praha
-1 paketic prasak za pecivo
-200 ml. mleka

Krema:

-4 kom. belancat
-200 gr. secera
-1 paketic vanilin secer
-prstohvat sol

Glazura:

-100 gr. cokolade
-3 zlice ulja
-30 gr. margarina

Priprema

Za biskvit:

U zdelju u kojoj ce te miksati,dodajte omeksali margarin i secer.Izmiksajte dok masa postane penasta.Potom dodavajte jedno po jedno zumance i miksati dok se sve lepo poveze.

Dodajte mleko,kakao,pecivo i brasno.Izmiksajte mikserom na najmanjoj brzini dok se sve lepo poveze.Dobicete penastu pufnastu smesu.

Pleh 30x35 premazite margarinom te pospite sa zlicom brasna.Izlijte masu,zagladite povrsinu,te pecite u predhodno zagrejanoj pecici na 180 stepeni 25 minuta.Najbolje proveriti cackalicom.
Ostavite neka se biskvit hladi.

U drugu posudu za mucenje,stavite belancat.Dodajte prstohvat sol,te miksajte mikserom dok belancat malo zacvrstnu.Potom dodajte secer i vanilin secer.Produzite miksati dok se secer otopi.Dobicete mazni i sjajni sneg.

Premazite sneg na mlaki biskvit,zagladite povrsinu,te vratite kolac u pecnicu jos 5 minuta da se zapece.Kada se zapece,izvadite i ostavite da se ohladi.

Za to vreme vi napravite glazuru. U tiganj,izlomite cokoladu,dodajte ulje i margarin.Mesajte dok se sve lepo otopi i poveze.Ostavite neka se prohladi,potom izlijti povrh kolaca,zagladite povrsinu te ostavite u hladnjak da se kolac stegne najbolje preko noci.

Naredni dan,secite kolac ostrim mokrim nozem na kocke,te posluzite.
