Nadjev:

- 500 gr mljevene junetine
- 2 kom luka
- 1 šaka peršinovog lista
- nešto soli i papra
- 1 dl ulja

Preliv:

- 2 dl jogurta
- 2 dl mineralne vode
- 4 kom jaja
- malo soli

Priprema:

Pržiti sitno sjeckan luk na ulju. Dodati meso, posoliti i popapriti po ukusu.

Pržiti na jačoj vatri 10-15 minuta i povremeno miješati.

Obilato posuti sitno sjeckanim peršunom.

U nauljen pleh staviti 2 kore pa posuti nadjevom. Može odmah i vruć nadjev

Potrošiti sav materijal i narezati na sitnije kocke

Preliti umućkanim jajima, jogurtom i mineralnom vodom.

Ostaviti oko 15 minuta da se preliv upije u proreze.

Peći 30 minuta u zagrijanoj pećnici na 200 stupnjeva.

Reš pečeno ponovo narezati.
