Slani rolat

Sastojci:

- polovina pakovanja kora za pitu
- 2 jajeta
- 100 g starijeg sira
- 1 čaša kisele pavlake
- 50 ml ulja
- 100 g šunke
- 3 kašike ajvara
- pola veze blitve

Za premazivanje:

- čaša kisele pavlake
- 50 g kačkavalja

Priprema:

Blitvu operite, sitno je iseckajte i propržite na malo ulja. Sklonite s vatre i posolite. Sjedinite jaja, ulje, izgnječen sir i pola čaše kisele pavlake. Kore slažite u pleh od rerne i svaku filujte pripremljenom smesom dok sve ne utrošite. Na svaku drugu koru preko fila rasporedite po malo blitve. Pecite 10 minuta na 200 stepeni. Zapečenu pitu izvadite iz rerne i stavite je na mokru krpu da odstoji 20 minuta.

Sjedinite pola čaše kisele pavlake, ajvar i rendani kačkavalj, pa time premažite pitu, a preko stavite iseckanu šunku. Uz pomoć krpe uvijte je u rolat i premažite ga preostalom pavlakom. Gotov rolat obilno pospite rendanim kačkavaljem.
