TIKVICE PUNJENE SIROM I JAJIMA

Sastojci:

- 4 tikvice
- 3 čajne kašikice putera
- 1 manja glavica sitno isjeckanog luka
- 3 češna isjeckanog bijelog luka
- 3 jaja (ulupana)
- 1/2 šolje izmrvljenog feta ili drugog bijelog sira
- 3/4 šolje izribanog žutog sira (gauda, švajcarac, ementaler itd)
- 2 supene kašike isjeckanog peršuna
- 1/2 supene kašike brašna
- so i biber po ukusu
- aleva paprika u prahu za dekoraciju

Priprema:

Prepolovite tikvice po duini i kašikom izvucite sredinu koju isjeckate i pomiješate sa lukom i bijelim lukom.
Isjeckanu sredinu tikvice, luk, i bijeli luk, propržiti na puteru dok ne omekšaju.
Kad se malo ohladi, izmješajte sa brašnom, sirom, peršunom i ulupanim jajima.
Ovom masom napunite tikvice i pospite po vrhu sa malo aleve paprika.
Pecite u rerni na 190 stepeni oko 30 minuta ili dok masa kojom ste napunili tikvice ne očvrsne.
