PILETINA NA JOŠ JEDAN NAČIN ALI POSEBAN: GULAŠ OD PILETINE

Sastojci:

-500 gr pilećih prsa
-200 gr graška
-200 gr mrkve
-100 gr korijena celera
-1/2 vezica peršuna
-1 glavica crvenog luka
-2 čehna češnjaka
-4 velike kašike krušnih mrvica
-5 velikih kašika ulja
-0,5 dcl pasiranog paradajza,
-sol
-papar

Priprema:

Crveni luk sitno nasjeckati, dodati ulje, protisnuti češnjak i lagano prodinstati.

Dodati piletinu isječenu na male kockice. Kada je piletina malo zapečena posoliti i popapriti po želji.
 
Politi sa 200ml vode.
 
Na meso koje je dopola propirjano dodati mrkvu i celer narezane na kockice.
 
Nakon pet minuta dodati grašak i pirjati sve zajedno dok ne omekša. (povrće ne treba prekuhati)
 
Na kraju dodati sitno icjeckani list peršuna, pasirani paradajz i krušne mrvice.
