Milka kolac

Sastojci:
  
Kora: 

- 6 kom.jaja  
- 6 zlica tople vode  
- 6 zlica brasno  
- 1 kom.pecivo  
- 3 zlica kakao 
- 6 zlica secer

Krema:

- 200gr. bele milka cokolade  
- 200gr. secer
- 200ml. vrhnje za slag  
- 100gr. skrobno brasno

Glazura:

- 200gr. milka cokolade  
- 150ml. vrhnje za slag

Priprema:

Odvojite zumancat od belancat.
Belancat umutite u cvrst sneg.
Dodajte secer i produziti miksati dok se secer otopi.
Zutanjke izmiksati dok se razbiju.
Dodajte hi u belanke,lagano mesajte spatulom dok se sajedini.Dodajte i vodu u vrlo tankom mlazu.
Promesajte.
Prosijte brasno,kako i pecivo te hi dodajte u masu.
Laganim pokretima promesajte dok se smesa sajedini.
U pleh 25X30 (manje ili vise za koji santim neparvi problem) oblozen pek papirom i izlijte smesu.
Ispecite jos jednu koru tako da dobijete dve.
Pecite u zagrejanu pecnicu 20-25 min.na 200 stepeni.
Mozda ce vam trebati vise ili manje vremena,proveriti cackalicom.

Za glazuru:

U manju serpicu stavite mleko za slag da se zagreje.
Zagrejte do tacke vrenja,te dodajte izlomljenu cokoladu i mesajte dok se otopi.
Cim se cokolada otopi,ostavite nek se hladi do sobne temperature.

Slaganje:

Pecenim i ohladzenim korama lagano odstranite pek papir.
U istom plehu u koji ste pekli kore,stavite prvu koru.
Sad stavite pola od kreme.
Stavite drugu koru,pritisnite rukama da se fino zalepi pa dodaj ostatak kreme.
Zagladiti povrsinu te nalijte glazuru.
Ostavite kolac u hladnjak najmanje 5 saati ili najbolje preko noci.

Secite kolac sa vrucim i mokrim nozom na kockice te posuzite.
