Orahnjača

Sastojci:

Prhko tijesto:

- 400 gr brašna
- 200 gr maslaca
- 50 gr šećera
- 2 žumanjka
- 180 gr kiselog vrhnja
- 1 prašak za pecivo
- naribana korica od jednog limuna

Nadjev:

- 300 gr mljevenih oraha
- 250 gr šećera1 vanilija šećer
- 100 ml vrelog mlijeka
- 2 žlice ruma
- 2 bjelanjka

Priprema:

Tijesto: Kremasto umutiti maslac sa žumanjcima i šećerom, potom umiješati vrhnje i naribanu limunovu koricu. Brašno prosijati zajedno sa praškom za pecivo te pomiješati sa smjesom od žumanjaka. te umijesiti prhko tijesto i staviti ga hladnjaku na pola sata.

Nadjev: Mlijeko prokuhati i sa njim preliti pomiješane orahe, šećer i vanilija šećer. Dodati rum i čvrsto tučeni snijeg od bjelanjaka te ostaviti smjesu da se ohladi. Tijesto podijeliti na tri dijela i svaki dio razvit, premazati nadjevom, zarolati i staviti na pleh za pečenje. Peći oko 30 minuta u pećnici zagrijanoj na 200ºC. Gotovu orahnjaču posuti sa šećerom u prahu.
