Pileći pilav

Sastojci:

- 1 srednje pile
- 1 glavica crnog luka
- 1 srednja šargarepa
- 300g pirinča
- so, ulje
- mleveni biber

Priprema:

Pile oprati, očistiti i naseći na komade. 
U veći lonac staviti isečene komade poletine i staviti da se meso kuva.
Na zagrejanom ulju izdinsti sitno iseckanu glavicu crnog luka i sitno iseckanu šargarepu. 
Dodati očišćen i opran pirinač i sve još malo krčkati. 
Supom (tečnošću) u kojoj se kuva pile nalivati pirinač povremeno, dok ne bude upola kuvan i mekan. Posoliti i pobiberiti po ukusu i promešati. 
Izdinstani pirinač sa povrćem prebaciti u vatrostalnu činiju, naliti sa još malo supe iz lonca i poređati komade kuvane piletine. 
Staviti u rernu zagrejanu na 200C da se lepo zapeče, dok ne porumeni. Nekih 20 minuta.
