Trik sastojak koji jamči najhrskavije tijesto za pizzu

Sastojci za tijesto:

- 200 grama brašna
- prstohvat soli
- ¼ žličice sode bikarbone
- ½ paketića praška za pecivo
- 200 grama grčkog jogurta

Priprema:

Suhe sastojke pomiješajte i prosijajte.
Tako pripremljenom brašnu dodajte grčki jogurt pa mijesite 5 do 8 minuta dok ne dobijete čvrstu kuglu koja se ne lijepi za prste.
Tijesto potom razvucite na željenu debljinu, dodajte mu omiljene dodatke, pa stavite peći na uobičajen način.
Želite li da tijesto bude hrskavije razvucite ga na pola centimetara debljine, pa ga stavite peći u prethodno ugrijanu pećnicu na temperaturi od 220 stupnjeva.
