Ćuftice u vinu

Sastojci:

- 500 gr mljevenog mesa
- 1 luk
- 2 čehne bijelog luka
- 4 kašike mlijeka
- 2 kašike prezle
- 1 jaje
- so, biber

Sos:

- 400 ml paradajz sosa
- 300 ml crvenog vina
- 1 luk
- 2 čehne bijelog luka
- 2 kašike paradajz pirea

Priprema:

Luk sitno isjeckajte pa dodajte mljevenom mesu.
Umiješajte gnječeni bijeli luk, prezlu, mlijeko, jaje, so i biber.
Dobro promiješajte pa rukama oblikujte kuglice.
Pržite u ulju dok ne porumene i ostavite na tanjir.
U istoj posudi popržite sitno sjeckani luk i bijeli luk.
Dodajte paradajz pire, paradajz iz konzerve i kratko dinstajte.
Umiješajte crveno vino pa kuhajte 15-ak minuta dok alkohol ne ispari.
Po potrebi podlijte sa malo vode pa umiješajte ćuftice.
Kuhajte još 15-ak minuta i poslužite.
