KARAMEL OBLATNA

Sastojci:

– 1 pakovanje oblatni
– 200 g šećera
– 2 kašike brašna
– 1,5 l mlijeka
– 1 kg šećera
– 375 g margarina
– 150 g mljevenog plazma keksa

Priprema:

Brašno i 200 g šećera polako upržiti (kao za karamel). Kada se lijepo sve sjedini dodati mlijeko i kuhati dok se šećer ne istopi.
U to dodati preostalu količinu šećera i kuhati na tihoj vatri dok ne bude sasvim gusto (gušće nego smjesa za palačinke). Dodati margarin i još kuhati dok se i margarin ne istopi. Dodati mljeveni keks. Oblatnu filovati dok je smjesa vrela. Pritisnuti posljednji list oblande nečim teškim i ostaviti da se ohladi i stegne.
