Nepečeni kolač

Sastojci:

- 800 gr. petit keksa
- 1/2 l. mleka
- 200 gr. cokolade
- 250 gr. margarina
- 3 kesice vanila secera

Glazura:

- 200 gr. cokolade za kuvanje
- 1,5 dcl slatke pavlake
- 1 kasika margarina

Priprema:

U toplom mleku istopiti cokoladu, margarin i vanila secer. Keks izmrviti, preliti sa toplim mlekom i izmesati. U kalup, oblika po zelji, stavite foliju da bi kolac kasnije mogli lako da izvadite, rasporedite smesu od kesa i ostavite u frizider na dva, tri sata da se stegne.

Priprema glazure.

Dobro zagrejati slatku pavlaku,skinuti sa sporeta, staviti u nju komadice cokolade i margarina , izmesati da se dobije glatka i sjajna smesa i kada se ohladi na sobnu temperaturu preliti preko gotovog kolaca
