ODLIČAN RECEPT: Raffaello kocke


Sastojci:

Kora:

– 6 bjelanjaka
– 12 kašika šećera
– 12 kašika brasna
– 12 kašika mlijeka
– 100g kokosa
– 1/2 praška za pevico

Fil:

– 1/2l mlijeka
– 6 žumanjaka
– 1 puding od vanilije
– 2 kašike brašna
– 1/2 margarina
– 1 šlag krema (čokolada)

Agda:

– 1 šoljica šećera
– 1 šoljica vode

Priprema:

Pola litre mlijeka staviti da kuha, u to dodati smjesu od 6 žumanjaka, jednog pudinga od vanilije i 2 kašike brašna. Kad se smjesa ohladi dodati u to pola margarina.
Kada se mora ispeći, presjeći je vodoravno. Prvo koru preliti agdom, a zatim premazati filom, staviti drugu koru i premazati šlag kremom. Kolač posuti kokosom. Prijatno. (Kolač može ići i sa jednom korom, postupak je isti).
