Ručak za 5: Pohovane palačinke sa piletinom i gljivama


Sastojci:

- 3 komada pilećih prsa
- 300 grama očišćenih šampinjona
- jedan luk
- jedna ljuta papričica
- mješavina začina (peršun, majčina dušica, origano, nana)
- so
- 6-8 palačinki (kako inače pravite)

Za paniranje:

- brašno
- 4 jaja
- prezle
- ulje za prženje

Priprema:

Palačinke pripremiti prema uobičajenom receptu.
Na malo ulja propržiti luk i ljutu papričicu, a može se dodati i bijeli luk (po želji).
Dodati svježe nasjeckane gljive, promiješati, posoliti pa dodati začine. Dinstati uz dodavanje vode po potrebi. Pred kraj dodati kuhanu piletinu isjeckanu na komadiće.
Na palačinke rasporediti po dvije do tri kašike ove smjese u jednom redu pa palačinke motati kao sarmu (prvo uviti krajeve prema unutra pa onda zarolati palačinke).
Panirati ih na uobičajeni način – prvo brašno, jaja pa u mrvice.
Pržiti u vrućem ulju dok ne dobiju finu boju. Vaditi na paprine ubruse da upiju višak masnoće.
