Ruske kape

Sastojci:

Kora:

- 6 jaja
- 400 gr šećera
- 400 gr brašna
- 3 šoljice (male za crnu kafu)ulja
- 2 kašike kakaa
- 1 prašk za pecivo

Fil:

- 1/2 l mlijeka
- 4 kašike kristal šećera
- 9 kašika brašna
- 250 gr margarina
- 200 gr šećera u prahu

Glazura:

- 100 gr čokolade
- 3 kašike ulja
- 200 gr kokosa

Priprema:

Dobro umutiti jaja sa šećerom, pa dodati ostale sastojke. Sve dobro izmiješati i ispeći koru.

Brašno razmutiti sa malo mlijeka a ostatak mlijeka i 4 kašike šećera staviti da zavri. U zavrelo mlijeko dodati razmućeno brašno i skuvati fil. Fil ohladiti uz povremeno mješanje.
Margarin umutiti sa šećerom u prahu pa zatim dodati ohlađen fil od brašna

Toplu koru čašom ili okruglom modlom sjeći na krugove. Zatim svaki krug vodoravno presjeći po pola.
Isječene krugove filovati po pola, spojiti ih, pa filovati i okolo, zatim ih uvaljati u kokos.
Svaku rusku kapu premazati čokoladnom glazurom.
