ĐULBASTIJE

Sastojci:

- 500 gr mljevene junetine
- 400 gr krompira
- 3 manje glavice luka
- 2 čena češnjaka
- 2 kašike brašna
- 1 jaje
- po ukusu so,biber,vegeta

Bešamel:

- malo putera
- 2-3 kašike brašna
- 500 ml mlijeka
- 200 ml vrhnja za kuhanje
- malo soli,bibera
- komadić sira,po želji

Priprema:

Luk sitno nasjeckati, krompir naribati na krupnijoj strani rendeta a bijeli luk na sitnijoj. Sve dodati mljevenom mesu. Ulupati jaje i dodati u smjesu. Dodati i 2 kašike brašna, so biber i mješavinu začina. Sve fino izmiješati da se masa ujednači.Oblikovati đulbastije, kao pljeskavice.
I pržiti ih u dobro zagrijanom ulju. 
Nije cilj da se potpuno isprže, nego samo da uhvate finu koricu sa obje strane.
Pržene đulbastije slagati jednu do druge u vatrostalnu posudu ili pleh!Bešamel- na ulje u kojem se pržilo meso dodati komadić putera. Staviti 2-3 pune kašike brašna i miješati da se ne stvore grudvice. Sipati mlijeko miješajući svo vrijeme. Dodati i vrhnje za kuhanje, so i biber, po želji.
U gotov bešamel dodati i malo sira (kačkavalj, parmezan,gauda, ementaler po želji) 
Preliti đulbastije bešamelom, pokriti folijom i peći 30-tak minuta na 220 C.
Zatim skinuti foliju i peći još 15-tak minuta na istoj temperaturi.
