- 500 gr brašna
- malo soli
- tri kašike ulja
- voda

Fil:

- jedan mladi sir
- 100 gr kajmaka
- četiri jaja
- 500 gr špinata
- četiri kašike griza
- tri kašike ulja
- malo soli

Za polijevanje:

- malo ulja
- malo maslaca
- kajmak ili vrhnje za kuhanje

Način pripreme:

U brašno staviti malo soli i ulja, vodom zakuhati 2 jufke i ostaviti dvadesetak minuta da odstoje. Fil napraviti od sira, jaja, malo soli, kajmaka griza i sitno isjeckanog špinata. Nakon dvadesetak minuta jufku razviti, namazati je uljem, razvući, na dvije strane dužinom jufke staviti fil od sira i špinata. Jufke podijeliti nožem praviti kolutove, redati u tepsiju i peći 3o minta na 250 stepeni. Pečenu pitu preliti vrhnjem za kuhanje.
