Francuski pečeni krumpir sa preljevom

Sastojci za 4 osobe:

Pecenje:

- 750g mladog krumpira
- 2 žlice maslinovog ulja
- sol,papar

Preljev:

- 1 češanj češnjaka
- 70 ml maslinovog ulja
- 2 žlice senfa od cjelovitog zrna/podravka senf rustika/dijon
- 2 žlice jabučnog octa
- 1 žlica šećera
- 2 žlice krupno nasjeckanog svježeg peršina
- sol,papar/opcionalno

Priprema:

Operite mladi krupir i narezite ga po pola/naravno to se odnosi na manje krumpirice,ako imate vece prepolovite ih na cetvrtine ,pazite da budu odprilike iste velicine.
Posudite krumpir kuhinjskim papirom stavite ga na protvan pouljite ga sa dvije zlice maslinovog ulja, posolite i poparite.

Pecite krumpuir u zagrijanoj pecnici na 220C/20-30min.dok ne postane zlatne boje i hrskav.
Dok se krumpir pece napravite preljev od senfa,sitno nasjeckanog cesnjaka,ostataka ulja,secera i jabucnog octa tako da sve stavite u jednu zdjelu i izmjesate metlicom dok ne postane emulzija po zelji dodatno pososlite i pioaparite.

Peceni krumpir stavite u zdjelu za serviranje prelijte preljevom ,pospite krupno nasjeckanim svjezim persinom.
