Rižoto i pečena piletina

Sastojci:

- 1-1,2 kg piletine
- 1 glavica crvenog luka
- 1 veći paradajz
- 2 kašike maslinovog ulja
- 1 kašika puna maslaca
- 1 mala kašikica kurkume
- 2 kašike paradajz sosa
- 1 čaša riže
- ulje za tepsiju
- so ,biber,malo vegete

Priprema:

Piletinu oprati ,posušiti ,malo pouljiti ,začiniti i poredati u podmazanu tepsiju .Tepsiju prekriti komadom al folije i staviti u rernu da se peče .Rerna ide na 200 stepeni.

Na maslinovom ulju i maslacu popržiti luk isjeckan na male kockice ,neka se fino zažuti ,pa dodati rižu i malo i nju propržiti.Paradajz oguliti i isjeći na kockice i njega ubaciti u rižu.Malo to sve promiješati ,dodati kurkumu i paradajz sos,začiniti i isključiti ringlu,ako treba dodati malo vode da ne zagori .Neka stoji tava na ringli.

Provjerimo piletinu i ako je krenula da rumeni poredamo oko nje pripremljenu rižu i zalijemo sa jednom do dvije čaše vode ,vratimo foliju na tepsiju i u rernu.

Provjeravamo da li je voda isparila i ako treba dodamo još,kada je riže skoro skuhana skinemo foliju i ostavimo da se piletina fino zarumeni.Po potrebi sipamo još vode da nam riža ne bude previše suha.
