TIKVICE ALA POMFRIT

Sastojci:

- 1 tikvica
- 1 šalica krušnih mrvica
- ½ šalice sira parmezana
- 1-2 jaja (ovisno o veličini)
- 1 žličica origana
- 1 žličica soli
- ulje za prženje
- malo brašna (za paniranje)

Priprema:

Tikvice operite pa im odrežite krajeve i narežite ih na štapiće (kao krumpir za pomfrit)
Posolimo ih i ostavimo 20-tak minuta da puste vodu
jaje posebno istucite u jednoj posudi, a u drugoj  izmješajte krušne mrvice, parmezan, origano i sol.
Tikvice prvo namočite u jaja, a onda u smjesu krušnih mrvica sa začinima.

Tako panirane tikvice pržite na ugrijanom ulju i s jedne i s druge strane oko 4-5 minuta dok ne porumene.
ili zdravija varijanta:  posložite „pomfrit“ na pleh obložen papirom za pečenje i pecite u unaprijed zagrijanoj pećnici na 200 stupnjeva oko 20 minuta ili dok ne dobiju lijepu rumenu boju (na pola pečenja okrenite)

Posluživanje:

Pohane tikvice servirajte uz meso i salatu po želji za ručak, ili kao laganu večeru s kraljevskim dipom.
