UKUSNI RUČAK NA BRZINU SOČNI KROMPIRIĆI

Sastojci:

- 960 g krompira (na cetvrtine isjecenih)
- 2 sargarepe (na kolutove,140 g)
- 1 luk (100 g)
- 100 g isjeckanog paradajza
- 2 velike kasike ulja
- vegeta,tymijan
- crvena paprika,persun
- 1 velika kasika paradajz pirea
- 250 ml vrele vode
- 280 g graska (iz hladnjaka,ili konzerva)
- 150 ml mljeka

Za preko:

- sir po zelji

Priprema:

U vecu serpu zagrijati ulje, proprziti luk zajedno sa paradajzom i sargarepom, dodati krompirice, paradajz pire, zaciniti sa vegetom i zacinima po zelji, mjesati da se malo zapece, pa dodati vrelu vodu, dobro izmjesati da baci koji kljuc, tako otprilike nekih 15 minuta.Sad dodati grasak, opet izmjesati, pa dodati mljeko, isjeckani persun i malo timyjana, probati jeli slano, dodati jos zacine.Maci sa sporeta.

Ukljuciti rernu na 200’°C. Pripremiti posudu u kojoj ce se krompirici peci.Izruciti smjesu koja se krckala, prekriti folijom i staviti da se pece.Nakon 20 minuta maci foliju, posuti sa sirom po zelji i zapeci toliko dok krompirici ne budu peceni.
Posluživanje

U smjesu kad izrucite da se pece mozete dodati koji cevapcic ispod krompirica, bude mnogo ukusno.
