Sastojci

-1 kg. pilecih bataka i zabataka

SAUCE:

-5-6 struka mladog luka
-1/2 bunch persuna
-3 cena cesnjaka
-1 zlicica limeta korice
-1 zlicica orandz korice
-60ml. limeta soka
-60ml. orandz soka
-60ml. soya sosa
-2 zlice ulja

Priprema

U blender dodajte sjeckani mladi luk,persun,cesnjak,ribanu koricu od limete,ribanu koricu od orandze,limete sok,orandz sok,soya sos i ulje. Izblendirajte sve zajedno.

U ziplock vrecicu dodajte pilece batake i karabatake. Istresite sos,zatvorite vrecicu, i dobro izmjesajte.
Stavite u fridz oko 20 minuta ili duze.

Pleh oblozen  sa alu folijom slozite piletinu i stavite da se pece u zagrijanu pecnicu na 200C oko 35 minuta..

Ja ne znam kako se kod nas kupuje persun.Mi ovdje imamo u bunchovima...znaci treba vam pola buncha persuna za ovaj recept.
