Nirvana ćuftice u pinkantnom umaku

Sastojci

-500 g mlevene junetine
-1 glavica sitno sečenog luka
-1 čen sitno sečenog belog luka
-1 usitnjena goveđa kocka za supu
-2 kriške starog hleba bez korice
-1 dl mleka
-1 kašika Vuster sosa
-tucana ljuta paprika, bosiljak
-20 g naribanog parmezana

Za sos

-maslinovo ulje
-1 glavica sitno sečenog luka
-1 čen sitno sečenog belog luka
-50 g sitno sečene suve slanine
-1/2 kašike brašna
-sitno sečen sveži bosiljak ili sušeni
-2,5 dl soka od paradajza
-1 kašičica šećera
-morska so
-par kapi tabasko sosa

Priprema

Rernu zagrejati na 200°C. Dve kriške starog hleba, bez korice, potopiti u mleku.

Meso staviti u veću činiju i začininti ga dodajući usitnjenu goveđu kocku, luk, beli luk, bosiljak, origano, tucanu ljutu papriku, parmezan,Vuster sos i kriške hleba sa  mlekom.

Dobro umesiti meso sa dodacima, oblikovati ćuftice, poređati ih na pleh obložen papirom za pečenje, staviti u zagrejanu rernu i peći 25 minuta.

Za sos, na maslinovom ulju propržiti luk, dodati slaninu, beli luk i bosiljak a posle par minuta i pola kašike brašna. Propržiti kratko pa naliti sok od paradajza, kašičicu šećera, tabasko sos i kuvati na tihoj vatri, uz povremeno mešanje, desetak minuta.

Poslužiti uz kuvanu testaninu ili prilog po želji.
