PEČENA JAJA NA DRUGAČIJI NAČIN

Sastojci

-250 gr kisele pavlake.
-8 jaja
-malo seckanog peršuna
-150 gr rendanog tvrdog sira
-1 kašika prezli
-1 kašika putera (po želji)

Priprema

Plići vatrostalni sud podmazati puterom, pa sipati kiselu pavlaku. Jedno po jedno jaje (8 komada) pažljivo razbijati i spuštati u pavlaku.

Posuti seckanim pešunom, narendanim tvrdim sirom pomešanim sa malčice prezli i po kojim grumenčićem putera.  Peći dok jaja ne očvrsnu, a žumanca ostanu malo rovita (oko 10 minuta, na 220°C). A onda, korica svežeg hleba u ruke i sledi uživancija!

Posluživanje

Recept je iz Velikog narodnog (Patinog) kuvara (izdanje 1956. godine, str. 107), gde se preko jaja dodaju i komadići slanih inćuna (ringlice). Probala sam i tako, ali su mi bolja jaja u ovoj kombinaciji, samo sa sirom i pavlakom!
