NAPRAVITE PILEĆE KOCKICE U VRHNJU

Sastojci

-300 g piletine
-1 mala glavica crvenog luka
-400 ml vrhnja za kuhanje
-100 g topivog sira
-dva prstohvata muškatnog oraščića
-Vegeta
-biber
-so
-ulje

Priprema

Ostatke piletine očistiti od kosti i izrezati na kockice. Luk izrezati što sitnije. Na ulju propržiti sjeckani luk, dodati mu kockice piletine. Miješati jednu minutu. Dodati vrhnje za kuhanje i začine. Sve fino promiješati i kuhati na laganoj vatri 4 minute. Dodati rendani sir i kuhati još tridesetak sekundi.

Posluživanje

Poslužiti uz pomfrit, rižu ili tjesteninu.
