-za ukrasavanje
-1/2l slatke pavlake

Priprema

Za koru:

Belanca najbolje da vam odstoje na sobnoj temperaturi 3,4 sata pre mucenja ili jaja ostavite van frizidera da prenoce.Bitno da ne budu hladna. Rernu zagrejte na 250 stepeni. Umutiti dobro belanca,kada su umucena lagano dodavati secer svo vreme muteci,mora da bude jako cvrst sneg. Pred kraj dodajte kasiku sirceta i jos mutite.

Veliki pleh od sporeta premazite margarinom ,stavite pek papir i opet premazite margarinom.
Izrucite umucena belanca i poravnajte. Stavite u rernu i temperaturu odmah smanjite na 150 stepeni. Susite koru sat vremena pa smanjite na 100 stepeni i susite jos pola sata. Otvorite rernu i ostavite koru u rerni dok se rerna potpuno ne ohladi i kora u njoj. (ja to nekad radim uvece,pa ostavim koruz preko noci u rerni,bude odlicna,jos bolja;) )

Za fil:

Stavite da se kuva 8dl mleka sa secerom. Zumanca umutite,dodajte ostatak mleka,puding i kad mleko prokuva,sklonite sa vatre dodajte polako zumanca sa pudingom svo vreme muteci zicom da se ne stvore grudvice. Vratite na tihu vatru i mesajte zicom dok se ne zgusne. Ostavite da se ohladi.

Margarin penasto umutite pa dodajte ohladjenom filu. Fil podelite na 2 dela,jedan ostavite zut,a drugom dodajte mleveni keks i orahe. Koru presecite na pola,tako da dobijete 2 kore.

Kora+ fil sa keksom i orasima+zuti fil+kora+fil sa keksom i orasima+zuti fil i odgore umucena slatka pavlaka.
