Tart od višanja i čokolade

Sastojci

Kora:

-300gr mlevenog keksa
-150gr margarina ili maslaca
-100gr mleka
-50gr šećera u prahu
-100gr čokolade

Fil:

-800gr vode
-700gr višanja
-200gr griza
-280gr šećera

Ganaš:

-100gr čokolade
-200ml slatke pavlake

Priprema

Kora:

Margarin ili maslac izvaditi da omekša. Umutiti ga sa šećerom u prahu, dodati mleko, otopljenu čokoladu i na kraju mleveni keks. Dobro sjediniti i obložiti kalup sa tom smesom (dno i stranice). Kalup je 24cm. Ostaviti u frižider da se stegne.

Fil:

Višnje, vodu i šećer staviti da zakuva, pa dodati griz. Kuvati dok se ne zgusne, 4-5 minuta. Fil sipati u kalup, i ostaviti da se ohladi.

Ganaš:

Slatku pavlaku i čokoladu stavti na tihu vatru da se sjedini, ali da ne prokuva. Preliti preko ohlađenog fila, te ostaviti da se dobro ohladi na par sati, najbolje preko noći.
