NAPRAVITE UKUSNO VARIVO SA KNEDLICAMA

Sastojci

Knedlice:

-200 gr pilećih srca
-3 žlice sojinih ljuspica
-1/2 glavice luka i češnjak
-list peršina
-2 žlice griza
-jaje
-sol i papar

Za varivo:

-1 mrkva
-manji luk
-manji korijen peršina
-3 veća krumpira
-vegeta ,sol papar crvena paprika
-žlica pasirane rajčice

Priprema

Skuhati 3 velike žlice sojinih ljspica, ocijediti i ohladiti te ih pomiješati s sitno sjeckanim lukom, češnjakom, peršinom i začinima. Pileća srca očistiti i dobro izmiksati. Izmiksana srca dodati soji kao i 2 žlica griza i jaje.Sve sjediniti mješajući vilicom. Od dobivene mase rukom ili uz pomoćdvije žličice praviti male knedlice i ukuhati ih u varivo.

Za varivo na ulju popirjati manji luk, mrkvu i korijen peršina.Dodati crvenu papriku ,sol ,papar i vegetu podliti s vodom i dodati krumpir rezan na kockice.Kuhati na laganoj temperaturi.Jednu žlicu pasirane rajčice dodati pred kraj zajedno s knedlicama.
