NAPRAVITE NAJBOLJI KOLAČ SA JABUKAMA

Sastojci

-250 - 300 g keksa petit beure
-1, 5 kg naribanih jabuka
-50 ml vode
-200 g kristal secera
-3 kesice vanila puding
-300 ml vode
-cokolada za preliv

Priprema

Oguliti jabuke pa ih naribati na krupnoj trenici . Staviti jabuke u vecu serpu , dodati vodu i secer i pirjaniti ih oko 8 - 10 min ( ja volim da ostanu i cele jabuke i da se skroz ne raspadnu ) . Rastvoriti puding u hladnoj vodi i sjediniti sa jabukama , nastaviti sa kuvanjem na tihoj vatri oko 2-3 min uz stalno mesanje . Kada se smesa zgusnula skinuti sa vatre i jabuke malo prohladiti .

Tepsiju velicine 20 x30 cm obloziti papirom za pecenje. Redjati po papiru keks petit beure da se pokrije dno tepsije. Preko keksa sipati polu ohladjene jabuke , a po jabukama ponovo staviti keks da pokrije celu povrsinu . Kolac ohladiti pa ga preliti otopljenom cokoladom ili napraviti ganaz od cokolade i tecne slatke pavlake . Kada se cokolada stegne seci kolac i sluziti .
