NAPRAVITE UKUSNE PEČENE TUFAHIJE

Sastojci

-6 jabuka (moje su greni smit)
-150 gr šećera
-80 gr mlevenih oraha

Za sirup:

-100 gr šećera
-malo soka od limuna
-50 gr vode

I još:

-2-3 kašike karamela (domaćeg ili kupovnog)
-150 ml šlaga

Priprema

Jabuke oljuštiti i izdubiti (po želji ostaviti vrh) pa svaku uvaljati u šećer. Staviti ih u pleh preko papira za pečenje.

Orah i ostatak šećera izmešati i puniti jabuke. Pokriti dobro folijom i peći na 200°C oko 30 minuta. Skinuti foliju i peći još 5 minuta da jabuke i orah dobiju boju. Pečene jabuke izvaditi na tacnu da se ohlade.

Sipati u šerpicu vodu, dodati šećer i sok od limuna, pa prokuvati da se šećer skroz otopi i sirup zgusne. Preliti tufahije.

Pre služenja tufahije ukrasiti šlagom i preliti karamelom koji treba malo zagrejati da se razredi.
