SLANA ROZENKA

Sastojci

-1 pakovanje slanih rozen kora sa susamom
-200 ml majoneza
-400 ml kisele pavlake
-200 g krem sira
-6 kuvanih jaja
-300 g stišnjene šunke
-300 g trapista

Priprema

Sjediniti majonez, kiselu pavlaku i krem sir. Podeliti na 3 jednaka dela. U prvi deo dodati sitno narendanu šunku i sve lepo sjediniti. U drugi deo dodati narendana kuvana jaja i sjediniti. U treći deo dodati sitno narendani trapist i sjediniti.

Uzeti kore i premazivati ih naizmenično filovima po redosledu: šunka, jaja pa sir. Dovoljno je 2-3 kašike fila po kori. Poslednju koru nemojte premazati odmah, pritisnite rozenku nekim težim predmetom i ostaviti je u frižideru preko noći da se lepo ohladi i kore spoje sa filom

Sutradan gornju koru premazati po želji majonezom ili pavlakom i ukrasiti rendanim sirom. Meni je ostalo nekoliko kašika fila s trapistom tako da sam njime premazala gornju koru. Ostaviti je još nekoliko sati u frižideru. Rozenku seći u kocke i poslužiti je.

Posluživanje

U ovom pakovanju sam imala 10 kora i fil je za toliko kora. Ako imate samo 6 kora, smanjite sastojke fila, ne treba g puno nanositi na kore, jer previše fila ih može učiniti lepljivim i mekanim.
