Začinjena piletina sa roštilja

Sastojci

-1 kg manjih bataka ili krilaca
-1 dcl gustog jogurta
-1 ravna kašičica belog luka u prahu
-1 ravna kašičica đumbira u prahu
-2 ravne kašičice kurkume u prahu
-1 ravna kašičica aleve paprike
-soli (po potrebi)

Priprema

Piletinu oprati, posušiti i dobro natrljati solju sa svih strana. Složiti u vatrostalnu posudu. U činijicu sipati jogurt i dodati mu začine. Dobro promešati da se sjedini i preliti preko piletine. Izmešati da se piletina svuda ravnomerno začini. Poklopiti i ostaviti u frižideru preko noći (ili najmanje 6h). Ispeći na roštilju. Poslužiti uz neki lagani prilog - pirinač, krompir pire..

Posluživanje

Pri začinjavanju možete koristiti i sveži beli luk i đumbir (sitno izrendan). Ako volite ljuto, stavite ljutu alevu papriku. Ako se ipak budete pridržavali recepta dobićete finu blago začinjenu piletinu, koju će rado jesti i deca. Ako nemae volje za roštiljanje, možete koristiti i rernu...ali to ipak neće biti isto.
