Goveđa rebarca sa zeljem

Sastojci  

-1,6 kg goveđih rebrica u komadu
-2 vegeta marinade s češnjakom
-3 žlice ulja
-800 g kiselog kupusa
-1 goveđa kocka
-25 ml ulja
-2 lista lovora
-2 feferona ljuta
-sol
-crni papar mljeveni

Priprema

Goveđa rebarca dobro premažite Vegeta marinadom i prelijte uljem. Potpuno ih zamotajte u aluminijsku foliju i stavite u lim za pečenje. Pustite neka odstoje 30-ak minuta, pa pecite 2 sata i 30 minuta u pećnici prethodno zagrijanoj na 160 °C.

Dok se rebarca peku, operite kupus i kuhajte ga oko 40 minuta u kipućoj vodi s goveđom kockom.

Kuhani kupus dobro ocijedite, dodajte mu ulje, lovorov list, nasjeckane feferone, malo soli i papra te promiješajte.

Uklonite foliju s rebarca, vratite ih u lim za pečenje, a po njima rasporedite kupus. Vratite u pećnicu i pecite još 15 – 20 minuta.

Savjet

Rebarca prije pečenja možete premazati i s malo meda ili javorova sirupa.
