Kapice sa Gussnelom

Sastojci  

Biskvit

-4 jaja
-200 grama šećera
-180 grama glatkog brašna
-1 prašak za pecivo

Krema 

-4 dcl mlijeka
-3 žlice glatkog brašna
-1 žlica gussnela
-150 grama šećera
-1 vanil šećer
-200 grama margarina

Ostali sastojci

-100 grama kokosa
-100 grama čokolade za kuhanje

Priprema

Za biskvit izraditi bjelannke sa šećerom,dodati žumanjke polako brašno i prašak za pecivo sipati u veći kalup i peći na 180 stupnjeva 15-20 minuta.

Kad se biskvit ohladi treba ga narezati na kolutiće modlom za manje krafne ili čašom.

Za kremu je potrebno brašno,šećer i vanil šećer skuhati u 4 dcl mlijeka i staviti da se ohladi.

U ohlađenu kremu dodati izrađeni margarin ,namazati kolutić pa sljepiti drugim
kolutićem ,namazati kremu okolo i sve uvaljati u kokos.

Čokoladu otopiti na pari i sipati na svaku kapicu.
