Patlidžan u marinara sosu

Sastojci

-1 veći patlidžan (oko 500 gr)
-po 1/4 kašičice bibera i belog luka u prahu
-150 ml marinara sosa (ili neki vaš omiljeni od paradajza)
-malo ljute aleve paprike
-2 kašike seckanog bosiljka
-60 gr mocarele
-po potrebi maslinovog ulja

Priprema

Neoguljen patlidžan iseći na kockice veličine 1,5cm pa poređati na pleh prekriven papirom. Poprskati uljem, posuti biberom i belim lukom i peći 15 minuta u rerni zagrejanoj na 220°C dok ne porumeni.

Dok se patlidžan peče, u činiji pomešati ranije pripremljen marinara sos (ili neki vaš omiljeni od paradajza), bosiljak i ljutu alevu papriku. Dodati u sos pečeni patlidžan i polovinu sitno iskidane mocarele, promešati.

Masu sa patlidžanom, sosom i sirom prebaciti u podmazan vatrostalni sud.
Prekriti komadima preostale mocarele i peći dvadesetak minuta na 200°C dok ne porumeni. Prohladiti desetak minuta i poslužiti.
