Vanilin kiflice sa lješnjakom

Sastojci

-100 gr secera u prahu
-260gr brasna (pola ostro, pola meko)
-150gr pecenih mljevenih ljesnjaka
-210gr hladnog maslaca
-1 kasika hladnog mlijeka
-20 gr vanilin secera
-1 kasicica praska za pecivo
-prstohvat soli
-150 gr secera u prahu za uvaljavanje kiflica

Priprema

Od navedenih sastojaka zamijesiti tijesto i pustiti da odmori bar jedan sat u frizideru.

Nakon sto se tijesto odmorilo, otkidati manje komade, oblikovati ih u kiflice ili utiskivati u kalup.

Kiflice peci 12 minuta na 170 stepeni. Pecene kiflice kratko prohladiti u plehu ill kalupu pa ih jos tople uvaljati u secer u prahu!

Posluživanje

Ohladjene kiflice spremiti u limenu kutiju oblozenu masnim papirom. Tako spremljene kiflice ostaju svjeze i do 10 dana.
