Domaći pizza sos

Sastojci:

-1 konzerva paradajz pelata
-2 kašike maslinovog ulja
-¼ šolje narendanog crvenog luka
-¾ kašičice origana
-1 kašičica sušenog bosiljka
-¼ – ½ kašičice tucane ljute paprike (zavisi koliko ljuto želite)
-3 čena belog luka, narendana
-2 kašičice šećera
-1 kašičica soli

Priprema:

Ako koristite paradajz pelat koji je u komadu, jednostavno ga malko izgnječite ili ispasirajte blenderom.

U manju šerpu sipajte maslinovo ulje i stavite na šporet da se greje, dodajte crveni luk, origano, bosiljak i tucanu ljutu papriku, dinstajte 3-4 minuta zatim dodajte beli luk i dinstajte još minut. U posudu zatim sipajte paradajz, so i šećer, promešajte i ostavite da lagano krčka pola sata. Proverite ukus i dodajte začine po želji.

Ako želite gušći sos ostavite da krčka još 15 minuta, ako ne jednostavno ga sipajte u teglice i ostavite da se hladi na sobnoj temperaturi zatim u frižideru.
