Mokra pita od jabuka

Sastojci:

Za tijesto:

- 2 dl mlijeka
- 2 dl ulja
- 10 žlica šećera
- 10 žlica brašna
- 1 prašak za pecivo
- 4 cijela jaja
- 1 žlica ruma

Za nadjev:

- 1 kg jabuka (naribanih)
- 1 vanili šećer
- 2 do 3 žlice šećera
- 1 žličica cimeta
- 10 do 15 dag oraha, krupno sjeckanih (po želji)

Priprema:

Mikserom miješati sastojke za tijesto (sve zajedno) dok se dobro ne sjedine (5 do 8 min).
Polovicu tijesta izliti u (namazan i pobrašnjen) veći i dublji protvan (cca 30×40 cm).
Polovica tijesta je ravno pola litre, pa možete i mjericom za svaki slučaj odmjeriti količinu.
Staviti peći u zagrijanu pećnicu (180-200 C) da tijesto porumeni (cca 10 do 15 min).
Zatim izvaditi, pa na to rasporediti nadjev i preliti ostatkom tijesta.
Peći (na 180-200 C) još 30-40 minuta.
