SUPER RUČAK ZA POLA SATA : MUSAKA OD BELOG MESA


Sastojci:

- 500 gr pileceg filea
- 400 gr svezih sampinjona

Besamel sos:

- 30 gr putera
- 1 i po kasika brasna
- 300 ml mleka
- 100 gr kisele pavlake

Priprema:

Filete belog mesa iseci na tanje snicle, pa ih onda blago izlupati tuckom za meso. Onda svaku sniclu proprziti na malo ulja, tek toliko da dobiju boju.
Posebno izdinstati sampinjone, na ulju na kome se przilo meso.
Besamel sos napraviti tako sto se rastopi puter, u njemu izdinstati kasiku i po brasna, naliti mleko, a kada pocne da vri, razmesati i kiselu pavlaku.

Vatrostalnu posudu namazati margarinom i posuti prezlama, a onda redjati red belog mesa, pa red pecuraka, a onda to preliti besamel sosom. I tako raditi dok se ne utrose svi sastojci.
Meso malo posoliti pre przenja, a i sampinjone malo posoliti. Bilo bi lepo da jelo ostane blago, a ne mnogo slano.
Na kraju, odozgo narendati trapista ili gaude i ubaciti u rernu da se zapece, dvadesetak minuta na umerenoj temperaturi.
