HIMALAJI TORTA – Kremasta, sočna poslastica u kojoj ćete uživati!


Sastojci:

Kora:

14 belanaca
14 kašika šećera
200 g seckanih oraha
200 g seckanih smokava
200 g suvog grožđa

Fil:

14 žumanaca
14 kašika šećera250 g margarina
100 g čokolade
100 g kokosa
400 ml slatke pavlake

Priprema:

Umutiti belanca u čvrst sneg. Postepeno dodavati šećer i mutiti dok se ne rastopi. Zatim varjačom lagano umešati orahe, smokve i grožđe. Rasporediti smesu u pleh obložen pek papirom i sušiti koru u rerni na 150*C, oko 45 minuta.

Pečenu i ohlađenu koru iseći po dužini na tri dela. Žumanca i šećer umutiti penasto na pari i ohladiti. Dodati u masu izrađen margarin, promešati i podeliti na dva dela. U jedan deo umešati kokos, a u drugi dodati rastopljenu i ohlađenu čokoladu.

Filovati tortu: kora, kokos fi, kora, čokoladni fil i kora. Tortu premazati i dekorisati umućenom pavlakom.
