Osječki kolač

Sastojci:

Biskvit:

- 10 bjelanjaka
- 20 dag šećera
- 20 dag oraha
- 4 žlice brašna
- pola p.p

Krema:

- 10 žumanjaka
- 2 pudinga vanilija
- 20 dag šećera
- 5 dl mlijeka
- 25 dag margarina
- 10 dag kokosa
- 4 rebra čokolade
- 1/2 l tučenog vrhnja
- 1 žlica gustina

Priprema:

Za biskvit:

Istući bjelanjke u čvrst snijeg, dodati šećer pa još miksati. Umiješati brašno s p.p i orahe.

Za kremu:

Skuhati na mlijeku puding sa šećerom i žumanjcima i žlicom gustina. U hladno dodati pjenasto izmješani margarin i tučeno vrhnje. Podijeliti u dva dijela. U prvi dio staviti kokos, a u drugi rastopljenu čokoladu. Na ohlađeni biskvit namažite žutu kremu, zatim s čokoladom. Preko toga po želji tučenog vrhnja.

Posluživanje:

Ovaj put u fil nisam stavljala kokos i između žutog i čokoladnog fila sam stavljala kekse.
