Posna rum torta

Sastojci:

- čaša od 2 dcl.
- 1 čaša kisele vode
- 1 čaša šećera
- 5 kašike ulja
- 1 kašika kakaoa
- 3 kašike džema od šipka
- 1 kašičica sode bikarbone
- brašno po potrebi
- Peku se tri korice, a ovo je mera za jednu.

Fil:

- 1 litar vode
- 20 kašika šećera
- 5 pudinga od čokolade
- 200 gr. čokolade za mešenje
- bočica ruma
- 1 margarin
- 100 gr šlaga

Priprema:

Od pripremljenih sastojaka za koru sve sjediniti i peći  prvo na 200 stepeni, a kasnije smanjiti na 180.

Ispeći tri jednake kore u plehu  (23 x 34 )

Dok se korice hlade pripremiti fil:

U vodu staviti šecer i skuvati puding kao i obično.Pri kraju kuvanja dodati izlomljenu čkoladu, skloniti sa vatre i mešati da se čokolada otopi, a nakon toga umešati i rum. Kada se fil ohladi dodati penasto umućen maslac.

Filovati: kora- fil ,a između svake kore i fila ide šlag.
Tortu ukrasiti po želji.
