LEDENA TORTA: Brza priprema, bez pečenja i kuhanja!

Sastojci:

- 250 g maslaca
- 250 g šećera
- 8 jaja
- 100 g čokolade
- 3 kesice šlaga
- kutija “petit beure” keksa
- malo mlijeka
- vanilin šećer
- rum

Priprema:

Umutiti maslac sa šećerom. Dodati jedno po jedno žumance i prethodno rastopljenu čokoladu. Potom u smjesu umiješati čvrst snijeg od bjelanaca koji smo prethodno pripremili te posudu ostaviti u frižider.

Umutiti šlag i dodati mu vanilin šećer.

U kalup za tortu poredati sloj keksa, namočen u mlijeko sa rumom. Preko keksa premazati fil pa onda šlag. Po želji umjesto šlaga možete koristiti slatkp vrhnje.
