-800 grama miješanog mljevenog mesa
-1 domaća kobasica
-1 jaje
-100 grama šampinjona
-1 žlica ajvara
-1/2 glavice luka
-2 češnja češnjaka
-1 šnjita izmrvljenog starog kruha
-peršin
-sol, papar, vegeta

Priprema

Izmješajte sve sastojke, osim kobasice i gljiva. Meso razvucite na alu foliju, na sredinu stavit kobasicu i oko nje prepolovljene šampinjone. Uz pomoć folije zamotajte meso.

Pecite na 140 stupnjeva 3 sata. Nakon toga dodajte oko štruce krumpir, otklopite posudu i pecite još sat vremena. Okus mesa pečenog na ovako niskoj temperaturi je puno bolji i finiji nego pečeno na višoj temperaturi i kraće vrijeme.
