Krompir u aromatičnom sosu

Sastojci

-1 kg krompira
-malo soli
-po potrebi maslinovo ulje

Za sos:

-1 konzerva seckanog paradajza (400 gr)
-1-2 kašike maslinovog ulja
-1 češanj belog luka
-po ukusu soli
-po ukusu dimljene ili obicne mlevene paprike
-1 kašičica paradajz pirea
-malo bibera i čili praha
-2 kašike seckanog peršuna
-1 dl belog vina (može i crno)

Priprema

Krompir oljuštiti i iseći na krupnije komade (mladi samo dobro oprati!). Posoliti, preliti uljem i promešati. Staviti u sud da se peče nekih 30-40 minuta na 200°C, odnosno da porumeni i bude hrskav.

Dok se krompir peče, pripremiti sos: u tiganj sipati ulje i na hladno dodati beli luk, zagrejati i propržiti da luk zamiriše, ali da ne pregori! Dodati paradajz iz konzerve i kuvati dok se ne zgusne, pa dodati začine. Kad je skoro gotovo, umešati kasičicu paradajz-pirea, kašiku peršuna i vino i kuvati da baci još koji ključ.

Sos preliti preko pečenog krompira i posuti preostalim seckanim peršunom. A onda viljuške u ruke, pa na uživanje!

Kompir možete poslužiti kao laki obrok (ručak/večera) uz salatu (zelenu) i sir, ili kao prilog nekom jelu. Ja sam pravila pola mere i jela ga uz mladi luk.
